Engineering-Grade Topographic Surveys for Georgia Site Design
Providing the high-density topographic data required for drainage design, grading plans, and 2026-standard Site Digital Twins.
Don’t Design in the Dark.
Every successful project in South Metro Atlanta starts with an accurate understanding of the "lay of the land." Whether you are managing stormwater runoff in Henry County or designing a custom estate on a sloped lot in Coweta, your design is only as good as the survey data it’s built on.

Optimize Earthwork
Calculate exact "cut and fill" volumes to minimize excavation costs.
Master Drainage & Grading
Map the natural flow of water to prevent post-construction flooding and erosion in Georgia's heavy clay soils.

Utility Infrastructure
Locate and map existing visible and marked underground utility evidence with sub-centimeter accuracy.

Tree & Feature Mapping
Detailed location and diameter data for tree save areas and environmental compliance.
Beyond Traditional Contours.
Penetrate Dense Canopy
We can work through Georgia’s thick summer foliage to get your land surveyed.
Generate 1-Foot Contours
Providing the granular detail required for complex civil engineering and ADA-compliant site design.
Export to Your Workflow
We deliver data in AutoCAD (.dwg), Civil 3D, and Point Cloud formats, ready for immediate integration into your design software.
Topographic vs Boundary Survey
A boundary survey identifies legal property lines. A topographic survey identifies physical features and elevations. While a boundary survey is for legal certainty, a topographic survey is for design certainty. For most new construction, both are required to meet GA PELS Board Rule 180-7-.04.
As-Built Surveys
We provide comprehensive As-Built surveys to verify that the finished grading, drainage structures, and foundations match the approved engineering plans—a vital step for obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) in most Georgia counties.
